This year is going to try and steal your joy. HOWEVER, I strongly feel God laying on my heart that the theme for 2021 is JOY! I know it may seem strange since 2020 was such a difficult year for many, but I hear God speaking loudly in my spirit about JOY. I believe that God’s JOY is going to be our FUEL in 2021. We don’t need to have a sad and depressing year, we can have a year of supernatural joy even in the middle of challenge.
 
There are so many things that want to steal your joy this year and so you are going to have to CHOOSE JOY and KEEP IT IN FRONT OF YOU. And if you do, then this is going to be one of your greatest and most fruitful years you’ve had.
 
These are the scripture that are important:
 
“looking to Jesus, the founder and perfecter of our faith, who for the JOY that was SET BEFORE him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is seated at the right hand of the throne of God.”
-HEBREWS 12:2
 
SET JOY BEFORE YOU!
It will enable you to endure and overcome!
 
“A joyful heart is good medicine, but a crushed spirit dries up the bones.”
-PROVERBS 17:22
 
Joy is the antidote to a crushed spirit and keeps our heart healthy.
TAKE A GOOD DOSE OF JOY AT LEAST ONCE A DAY!
 
“You make known to me the path of life; in your presence there is FULLNESS OF JOY; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore.”
-PSALM 16:11
 
Fullness of joy is in God’s presence.
PURSUE GOD’S PRESENCE THIS YEAR AS A PRIORITY!
 
“And you became imitators of us and of the Lord, for you received the word in much affliction, with the JOY OF THE HOLY SPIRIT,”
-1 THESSALONIANS 1:6
 
The Holy Spirit is our source of supernatural joy even in the middle of much affliction!
RECEIVE JOY FROM THE HOLY SPIRIT!
 
“Clap your hands, all people! Shout to God with LOUD songs of JOY!”
-PSALM 47:1
 
Joy has actions.
RELEASE JOY!
